Member Award:

• Any member who identifies a Club Lead in the territory of District 227.​

• The club needs to be chartered in 2026-27 Program Year​.

• The “Notify a Club Lead” form needs to be filled by the member.​

Member Award: Successfully complete the requirements of a CIC volunteer by supporting the club.

• Super CIC - Rockstar: Make the club distinguished or select distinguished in the program year 2026-27​

• Super CIC – Champion : Make the club president’s or smedley distinguished in the program year 2026-27

VP Membership (VPM):

• Add min. 10 members combined during the TI Membership programs (Smedley & Talk Up).

• Addition of new, dual and reinstated members all count towards the award.

Club Ex-com:

• Add minimum 8 members.

• Addition of new, dual and reinstated members all count towards the award.

Club Award:

• Conduct minimum Open House

• Add minimum 4 members within 45 days of Open House

• Date of Open House, Picture of Open House Session in progress along with promotion material used, to be submitted within 15 days of organizing the session.

• Addition of new, dual and reinstated members all count towards the award

• Clubs can also setup stalls / booths in cafeteria / events within offices, college, etc.

Club Award:

• For clubs organizing Speechcraft for outreach 

• Add 4 members from the speech craft event to any club in the District

Club Award:

• To win, clubs must accumulate points across four distinct operational pillars before the program deadline. 

• The Top 3 clubs with the highest cumulative scores will win the Gold, Silver, or Bronze Pinnacle Award.

Area Director/ Division Director Award:

• AD achieving the 50% of area clubs winning Smedley Award.

• DVD achieving the 50% of area clubs winning Smedley Award.

Area Director/ Division Director Award: Retaining the member base of Area and Division as per the start of program year

Member Award: Members who have renewed for both the renewal cycles at one go (October-March & April - September) by September 30, 2026.​

Member Award: Successfully complete the requirements of Club Mentor for a new Club which was chartered during 2026-27 by supporting the club.

• Super Mentor - Rockstar: Make the club distinguished or select distinguished in the program year 2026-27​

• Super Mentor - Champion : Make the club president’s or smedley distinguished in the program year 2026-27​

VP Membership (VPM):

• Top 5 VPMs across the District with highest member additions during the term.

• Addition of new, dual and reinstated members all count towards the award.

Club Award: Clubs achieving all 3 membership building programs :

• Beat the Clock (2026) – May 1 to June 30, 2026

• Smedley Ribbon (2026) – Aug 1 to Sept 30, 2026

• Talk up Toastmasters (2027) – Feb 1 to Mar 31, 2027

Club Award:

• Conduct joint meeting min of one per month, max 10 per year.

• Min of 2 and Max of 4 clubs can participate in every event.

• Date of Meeting, Picture of Session in progress, Agenda/Role players details to be submitted to be submitted within 15 days of the event.

• Clubs should not repeatedly conduct rendezvous meetings with the same clubs.​

• There should be an equal representation of roles across all the clubs.

• Top 3 Clubs across the District with max points wins the Gold, Silver, Bronze awards

Club Award:

• Area Director - Additional Budgets for 1 / 2+ new club charters for area contests (2026)

Area Director/Division Director: No net club loss ​

Membership Payments growth per the base at start of the program year

• 8% membership payment growth = Bronze​

• 10% membership payment growth = Silver​

• 12% membership payment growth = Gold
