Leadership Empowerment Advancement Program (L.E.A.P)
L.E.A.P. - Leadership Empowerment and Advancement Program is the flagship 9-month leadership development initiative by District 227. Cohort members - aptly named LEAPers - are the budding leaders who are aspiring to step up and grow towards District leadership.

Through a structured process, LEAPers learn by working on real-time projects, participating in District-level events, collaborating with teams, taking up self-development activities, and receiving regular feedback and reviews.
Should you take the LEAP?
L.E.A.P. helps you move beyond club-level leadership roles and gain wider leadership skills (which will benefit you in your professional and personal spheres too). You get first shot at projects that transform you and others around you, interact with leaders who guide you, and deliver innovation, impact and change.
Nominate yourself if you want to nurture the nascent leader within you.
-
Build confidence and prepare for future leadership opportunities
-
Improve teamwork, collaboration, and accountability
-
Gain practical project management experience
-
Showcase your ideas, strengths, and leadership potential
-
Connect with leaders and members across District 227
With your contribution, District 227 will grow through fresh ideas, meaningful projects, and stronger leadership across clubs and the District.

Take the LEAP towards your leader self, and fly high towards your leadership ambitions.
